Saw this while spectating, never noticed it before. It would appear and then disappear quickly. What does it mean?

it means your mech torso is not aligned with its feet-hit "C" to align torso to feet or "F" to align feet to torso

Basically these. It pops in in spectator even if you have the appropriate tips disabled for your own play.

Thanks fellas, I see it's just a new player helper that I have disabled since it doesn't appear on my HUD. I'd never had noticed it if it hadn't been flashing on and off.
