Yeah thats the Phased Plasma Cannon.

We need this cool looking weapon in MechWarrior Online, just retcon the PPC to look this cool when firing one.

Out of curiosity, have you ever played a Mechwarrior game before? PPCs always looked awesome to shoot, and they looked a lot more interesting than colored beams of light (which we already have, btw).
