I assume they are the loyalty norn mechs, which you cannot sell. You may be able to contact support to have the dupes removed, though why, i do not know (ocd over having a mech invalid?) as I believe they may take the mech bays they came with, too.

From what I heard, Mirumoto is correct. You can contact support to get the 'Mechs (and their associated MechBays) removed from your account, but you will not likely be able to get them back, no matter what you do, so be absolutely sure you want to get rid of them.
Personally, having duplicates of the Loyalty 'Mechs was a good opportunity. I use one of each for slightly more competitive builds, and the duplicates for less competitive stuff (STD 360 6xMG King Crab, for instance). You should try it!

Stock those things up as either an Atlas D or a Crab 0000 and bring them to Stock Mech Monday.

Rig them up with different builds. Then they're not the same.
I stripped my for parts, however.

I have duplicate Atlases, Crabs, and Cents. I just have different load-outs on each of them.
