i bought a pack befor march 31 so i am eligible for the bonus rewards i was wondering if i upgrade my package AFTER march 31, do i loose the bonus rewards ?

Nope. Just the opposite. You'll get all the monthly rewards from here on in.

As a rule, the best approach to packages of you're tight on cash is to buy the lowest tier early to lock in all the swag and upgrade if/when you can.
That said, I believe Wave III has one exception: you'll only get the fourth variants of mechs ordered before 3/31.
