I finally have enough to pick between a D-DC or a Timberwolf Prime
I play PUGs and already have a Raven 3L, Thunderbolt 5SS and a Hunchback 4P
If there is something better than the Timberwolf Prime for PUGS worth looking at, any help is appreciated.

Have you already gotten other variants of the mechs you have? Completing the Basic skills for 3 variants of a single mech type allows you access to develop their Elite skills. The Elite skill contains the awesome Speed boost skill, but even better is that when you finish all Elite skills you then get double the Bonus out of your Basic skills, which will help immensely with cooling and the mech's agility.
I can understand that it's fun to try out all kinds of different mechs, but mechs really get into their own once you complete their Elite skills, for some of them it's even rather mandatory as they feel rather meh before that moment. Of course it will make your mechs also that more dangerous.

I don't think Elite skills are that important for me right now.
My 5SS has a 3 K/D
My 4P is a mess around mech with 7 L-PL's and 2 M-PL's
And my Raven 3L is my favourite mech right now, I play it like a harasser with 3 M-PL's and 2 SRM 4's
Although I intend to sell the 4P the other 2 mechs are perfect and I have no complaints. I'm looking for a Pubstomper mech and I heard the Timberwolf Prime is OP.

Yes, the Timber Wolf is very strong. But it is also the primary target because of that. Elite skills and tuned builds become quite important in such mechs, otherwise you end up in a pile of scrap very quickly.

Doubling heat containment is nice for the 4P especially, and you'll really need heat management on any clan mech too. Also - you have a light, medium, and heavy mech already - if you want to round it out with an assault go for a DDC. Just remember that big mechs like the DDC, or the gun platform Timberwolf, will be priority targets so maximizing their effectiveness with skills/modules is worthwhile.

Really the only thing good about the fatlas is the ECM. Otherwise it is a gigantic snail which everyone loves to kill.
With ECM its a lot better than the rest because team will stick with you instead of deserting for enemy lights to eat, but still you are mostly just waiting for targets to come into range while you press your W key too hard trying to make it speed up.
TW will let you be a lot more active and play more like your big Raven build.
Only you know what you are looking for in a mech.

I like doing damage and I have one last question, can the Atlas compare to the TBR-P in terms of DPS or is it just a sitting target?

You could get a Hellbringer and have ECM with vastly better speed.

If you like your Rave 3L, I'd Suggest that you get two more Ravens first and get their past basics. Then get elites for your Raven 3L done, which doubles the basic skill's bonus! (This is if you haven't already.)
Beyond that, depends upon what you want your mech to do. Timberwolves are good, but expect to be everyone's target priority number 1. An Atlas is still a high target, but people will probably have a harder time dealing with you if you have that ECM.
So the question is, what do you want to play?

I'll be getting the other Ravens and getting the elites for my 3L.
After I'm done with that I'll finish my loadout with the DDC as an assault.
Big thanks to everyone that helped.

The Atlas is never as fast as a TW, but builds with big engines (typically STD350) can move and spread damage well enough. However, they are even easier to hit, and even fast ones can not run away from fights. Thus, positioning becomes extremely important. You can put a comparable alpastrike and DPS on an Atlas as you would on a TW.
