you have not given me enough information to help.

Does it say why the left and right arm are invalid?

what Mech is it?

probably the easiest way to give me enough info to help is click on the Mech details button, it will give you a picture showing where all the equipment is on the Mech, press the print screen (or prt scr) button, that will take a screenshot and save it in your C:|users\your user name\saved games\MWO\screenshots\
folder upload that picture somewhere on the internet then put a link to it in a post in this thread.

then myself or someone else may be able to help you

For what it is worth to add to this:

I've noticed that sometimes - usually when a mech is returned from a match - it will claim "invalid loadout" and certain things on the mech will have vanished. Maybe the guns, maybe the engine, maybe a few things.

For whatever reason, if you wait just a bit or click on another mech and then click back on the "invalid" one, the problem will go away. I have no idea why this happens - why would the game try to alter the load status on a mech when it returns from a drop? - but that is the solution that works for me.

sounds like the "other side of hitreg" when the server fails to deliver full data for the mech while the client cheks validity of a mech.

BTW:

I had all of my modules vanishing after a "critical module slot violation". They were gone from the mech and the mechlab too. Emailed the support, they answered on the same day! Known bug and all you need to do is strip the mech completly to get everything back.
