I've been toying around with writing a sort of AAR journal for my alter ego in the MWO universe. I know it is probably not what I should be thinking about during a match, but I'm always imagining the back story of what is going on in the game. The motivations and pressures of the parties involved, of the individual pilots, of the planet's history. Sometimes, they seem to have good inspiration for a story. Since I like tinkering around with Wordpress, I've created a new blog and made my first entry there:

I decided to start with some retroactive posts before moving into the present to give me a little more flexibility as I start out. I hope to get out a few posts a month, maybe once a week, if I can, with accompanying screenshots and media. Check it out, I welcome your feedback!

Thought I'd check back here since it has been a while. I haven't been as consistent as I'd hoped, and the story is going in a directions I didn't anticipate, but I've got a couple more journal entries up on my blog:

I've got half a dozen entries in draft on the back-burners, so hoping to get those published at regular intervals. I'm not writing as much action stuff as I thought I would, and my character is turning into more of a cynic than I anticipated. Still, that should hopefully change and develop more in the next few entries. Once again, I welcome your feedback.
