Davion. During the clan war the CC sat on the sidelines and contributed very little.
St Ives had a regiment that was essentially attached to the merc units being employed by davion. Kai and Victor were close freinds and worked togather on many instances. When Kai's father gets killed by a laio agent, davion offers him the chance to pull his units off the clan front and attack Laio space, Kai declines and helps the northern houses.
