I know the UI is getting cluttered but could I ask for one more tab . . . something to hide IS weapons, modules and the like when I am loading out my Clan mech and then to hide clan modules weapons and the like when I am loading out my IS mechs . . . Being dyslexic mearly having a text tag etc clpl or lpl pretty much looks the same to me ...!

Let the fire begin . . .

+1 support, should be implemented by means of a dropdown menu a la "Purchased" and "Non purchased" mechs in the mechbay.

-Clannerscum Modules
-Spheroid Surat Modules
-Mixtech Heresy Modules

Hmm, modules (weapons/range) shows either Clan or IS but not both. Weapons also show only Clan or IS.

You are talking about the mech lab IN the game, hai?

As for the mechs themselves, I would go for a separation, or sorting by Purchasable, IS, and Clan mechs. And have it stay ON that screen after coming back from clicking on the mech details screen (blue button under mech).

Now, if you are talking about the Home/Inventory screen, I will agree with that but the configure Mech already separates things.

The other place that needs separation though is the Skills/Pilot screen when unlocking modules/levels so that you can purchase said modules in the configure Mech window.

The thing that is actually missing from the UI, is the ability to quicksave loadouts.

I used to run 5 3Ds back in UI 1.0 days cuz of this ****. It still hasn't been addressed - 'stripping' modules and stuff is still way too tedious.

If I have 1 mech that runs 2 builds, switching them all the time is ******* redundant. Allow for build saves, even if it costs cbills to lock in the weps permanently for that save or something, w/e.

I do not see that happening, especially with regards to the coding and database/equipment. The idea is for us to purchase mechs (C-bills/MC), thus mechbays (MC).

honestly a total mechlab redesign is really what's needed, anything less is basically just going to be a bandaid.

I''m sleep deprived so my mind could be playing tricks, but I swear I remember the devs mentioning loadouts being something UI 2.0 was supposed to facilitate eventually.

You are assuming that not having your request granted means it was not listened to. It is rather arrogant to presume that this particular request should suddenly be made priority number one. Or is the idea that there are higher priorities too complicated?

I swear, some people sound like spoiled children. "Mommy didn't get me a new video game, so she didn't listen!" No, maybe mommy thought you wanting a brand new XBox and Grand Theft Auto wasn't as important as the breakjob on her car?

To be fair, PGI's track record combined with the state of UI 2.0 certainly justifies some amount of frustrated venting. They've improved since IGP split yes, but the game is still no where near where it should be given how long its been "Released". Personally my biggest annoyance with it stems from the simple fact that I think mechlab 1.0 was actually better than this one in many ways.

Considering saving loadouts is a staple feature since what, MW2, it's safe to say, if its not slated all together, its not even being considered.

Please let them make a module tracking tab. I am sick of writing on postit's and losing my mind when I can't find my derp mod.

Special. That still leaves the fact that you think that not having your request granted means your request wasn't heard.

Then I give you my apologies, because that was not the intended meaning. I used ignored for lack of a better word to convey "having not carried out or having not notified us of any attempts in doing so".
But you, know.

Module tracking and more advanced filters would be good.
