Forwards is OP. Don't quirk reverse, nerf forwards. Especially CER-Forwards.

Pop out sniper from behind cover *shrug*. Just pop out, fire, pop back in cover. It might help with that. I'll say this though, I feel acceleration and deceleration quirks in general might be more useful for that tactic than top speed.
