Though not an explicit rule, forum topics should be self explanatory as a courtesy to others so that they can spend their time choosing topics of interest to read and contribute to. There are usually a few posts who's titles are so generic and non descriptive that no one will have any idea what the topic is until they open it. Using an attention grabbing title is well and good but when it makes no sense, or worse misleading is plainly rude and showing inconsideration to other's time.
I would urge members to be creative yet clear in their titles. I would like to thank all those that make the effort to make their titles simple to read yet interesting.
Thanks for reading!
