You need at least a 70 ton mech for the 4th slot, IF you want to drop with 3 Urbies.

When they first did the return of the Loyalty program people were getting an extra set of the Loyalty mechs with purchase of the top tier Urbanmech collection and Wave II/III. I can't find the exact reference, but they had said to contact support@mwomercs.com if you didn't want your duplicates. I had actually done so and had mine removed.

However, that extra Urbanmech . . . yeah . . . I'm keeping it.
