First time in a long time was able to actually play something other then a light in order to get into a battle quickly.

Not to mention starting out the night with first two mech I come across are Urbanmechs and my first 2 kills are said Urbanmechs LOL Even a Gargoyle has the firepower to drop them fast. The Trashcans got taken out fast. LOL

It will be a nice few days being able to play things not Light for a bit and get into game fast. Especially in case of Heavy Mechs.

Sorry, but... are you feeling great because you managed to kill a couple of trashcans?

No, man.

Can you imagine how I feel when I, piloting a trashcan, manage to kill 1, or 2, or 3... or even 5 mechs?
THAT is feeling good.

Can confirm. Got 2 kills in my urbie on 2nd game. Felt way better than getting 8 kills in a dire.

Naa killing a Light is no biggy. I just found it amusing that walked into 2 of them as first enemy of night and both killed with basically a sneeze.

I feel great cuz I can actually get into games quickly with mechs other then lights. Especially my Heavies who are always 30% usually more of the que.

I look forward to Dire Whale hunting when I get an Urbie sooner or later.

Define "quickly"

When I was unlocking basics on the Grasshoppers, the heavy queue was at 35-40% as it usually is. I waited probably an extra 30 to 60 seconds more to find a game. That's no big thing.

Unless you are driving the mech stock, I see no reason to be especially proud of your kill count in an Urbanmech anymore than I would be in a Kitfox.

Not from my use of LSD(... blotter Acid). LSD would be a poor man's substitute!

People are recklessly engaging the urbies, my step son got 2 kills and a bunch of assists in his 2nd drop in the urbie. People just came rushing straight at his trash can mech and died.

I only had anything like this happen in my first drop with it. A teammate in some medium or heavy mech engaged a Cataphract and I decided to help out. The Cataphract pilot stopped in the middle of fighting the bigger mech to attack me, because obviously I'm the real threat there in my little urbie. He killed me but he died soon after. I think what it really was is he saw a chance to get an easier kill before he died.

Nothing felt better than sneaking around on HPG under the Ramps and Coring out to kill a Warhawk, and DW.

Stole five kills using my urbie yesterday, and it was glorious. But the best thing to do is finding some idiot in a direwhale and core him out from behind. Down you go goliath!
