We do not. They are rogue Mercs (Aces). We've had a discussion with the Mariks and will be given a planet for our pain.
We will also be taking Altorra back at some point. Altorra is Confederation. And quite frankly I enjoy playing cards in a little bar called the Dǔbó Mǔ jī (the gaming Hen), in the capital, Tara.

In the end it goes to show you do not hire Davion Mercs. They have no honor and should not be contracted by any House, knowing full well they will break agreements.

^^ ACES are just Davions in disguise. You could just let them ghost drop on that side and let them die of boredom. Then attack their real employers.

If it were a random unit, I might buy it being incidental. But people like ACES CLEARLY know of the Marik/Liao treaty. And they're a Davion goodie-two-shoes unit on top of that. Pretty sure they cooked up that attack at their daily afternoon Arby's meetup session.

Ok folks... it seems there was a miscommunication on FWLMs end.. mainly if not all my fault.. I misread and misunderstood what I thought was part of the agreement to exchange some planets for allowing Liao to move northwards.

It was me who wrongly let people, including ACES know they could take Altorra.

I had contacted a few in Liao TS mentioning this, they were in the dark but went along with what I said probably due to the longstanding and excellent relationship that Liao and Marik have had until this point.

I hope the 4TCR will be able to retake Altorra very soon and this does not disrupt future Marik/Liao relations.

My sincere apologies to Liao, 4TCR, Marik and ACES for my mistake and any problems an anger it may have caused.

Well.... Since PL failed horribly last time... Davions seems to have finally cave in and did not to go for budget mercs for their false flag operation this time around.
Seems to have worked.

The funny fact here is that the same 'Davion' people where complaining about having 'not enough' players for CW and what not.... Yet they have enough players to pull this crap.
