So I got all this money to spend this couple of weeks on MWO, but on what exactly?

I've been thinking about these choices:

• Upgrade to Warhawk pack from Dire Wolf pack

• Buy Resistance collection and Urban pack

• Buy $100USD in MC, pocket $20USD for later

I've gotten Wave III a while ago, so that's out the window.

What choice or opinion do you guys have?

Probably MC.

I've seen few Warhawks in PUG matches, and none in CW. Don't think it would be worth the $$. MC is always worth it, however maybe wait on another sale?

The best deal in MWO has been, and remains, Premium Time.

failing that, sprinkle it on mechbays, premium time and funny cockpit items. you can always buy robots with cbills.

Depends if you have the Wave II pack, if so the Warhawk pack also gives you the Mad Dog I think.

Otherwise; upgrade to Timberwolf pack and either pocket 30$ or spend it on MC?

The Resistance Pack is mostly Worth the Coin to be honest. Enforcer got a lot more solid with the Jam Quirks, and the other two variants are decent performers as well. Panthers are nice, a little slower for a light but suitable with solid hit boxes. Grasshoppers (now this is just an Opinion so YMMV) are my weak point, due to their height. The Zeus, well if you're gonna be an 80 tonner the Zeus I think does that the best with Hard Points, Hit boxes and speed.

Urban Pack, I was nervous about, but I preordered on Day 1. I thought even if it wasn't viable it would at least be fun.
Turns out it is both, in equal doses.

So, if I were you, I'd get Urbie and Resistance.
Then Grind for Cbills to outfit them both.

zeus is actually a top assault mech even with std engine and a wide variety of loadouts. panthers are fine, didnt play the rest
do it a la carte if necessary but the zeus fkin rocks.

I'd upgrade to the Masakari pack, you get warhorns and a hero bonus SCR and TBR can make you a lot of Cbills.

i think all resistance mechs are well usable.
i see all the mechs regular on the field which says alot of things about their combat ability.

It depends on what you value / like. Give some order of priority to IS mechs, Clan mechs, colors, patterns, unique chassis (heroes), dollar to cbill value, meta playability, etc.

Resistance has the highest value for me, because I value IS mechs and colors / patterns.

MC gives you access to patterns to your favorite mechs and heroes.

Upgrading wave one gives you a decent dollar to cbill value (getting all those timbys and Warhawks w cbill is expensive).

Personally, I would suggest you get resistance, and gift the Urbie pack to me! lol

Keep in mind, both stormcrow AND timberwolf are in that package leap as well...

Go to warhawk package.

The warhawk is getting more and more quirk love (with 2 ballistic arms it has a 20% cooldown, not that bad at all I say)
and the T4-5 mechs in that pack (adder, warhawk, etc) will get nothing but more and more buffs.

It has the timberwolf and lots of rare collectable stuff in this pack since the majority of MW fans couldn't get top tier, giving you the rare warhorn and other bonuses.

Resistance and urbie pack. 80+40, its like 120 days of premium time, tons of colors, 6 new camp, cockpit items, warhorns, 16 mechs, 5 of which give 30% boost.

There is nothing that will give you a better value save maybe the mc purchase and buying mastery packs.
