So hinting we have two good events running this weekend - one is Urbie focused

I just hope (even though i don't have the urbie) that you won't actually get an urbie as a reward from the events.

I think it wouldn't be fair for all the people that paid 20-40 bucks for the packs just to have an event next week that gives them away for free (more or less)

This is the first time i heard of "LFG" tool. What does it even stand for? "Looking For Group" or something?

Yeah the Looking For Group button is available at the friends list.

urbie chassis challange maybe, who gets the most points out of the old challange formula. ^^

this may make some people even go and buy a urbie pack.

i hope its a win an urbie kind of thing. id hate to be excluded from an event because i dont have the right equipment. probibly why there is a second event.

I think that a win an Urbie event just a few days after the Urbie's release might be too soon...

I'm somewhat offended that there's an Urbie leaderboard for those that have bought the Urbie.

There should be non-Urbie brackets, but... whatever.

The LFG "challenge" is... I don't know what to make of this honestly. I guess it's to force people to experiment for free stuff, but the stuff is quite underwhelming unless you finally form up a 12-man... at which case, taking a weekend break sounds preferable.

I've no objection to 'win an Urbie' - So long as it is a different variant from the ones that were sold. After all, that might even encourage more people to buy the package if they otherwise have to wait to elite out.

EDIT: That said, looks like the Urbie one is a Leaderboard. The other is little carrots like GXP and Expendables for groups. Check your 'challenges' page in Stats, and the Tournament page. They're already posted.

if its a nerfed variant that locks you into the stock engine (it would be greyed out at least till the mech goes up for cb) that would be cool. its not like you could master it or anything. and running an std stock 60, pretty much means you get the full on urban experience and are pretty much guaranteed zero success.
