I just scored the top score in a match with an Urbanmech, which I keep hearing called "junk" while playing. Well, I thought to myself, might as well post the results and see if anyone else has attained Urban Greatness. If you have, please post a screen of that impressive victory, if possible, and let us know the build on your Urbanmech.

2 Large Lasers (of the humble variety)

180 XL Engine
Double Heatsinks
Endo Steel

No Mods
Brass Balls

UM-R63 Weapon and Equipiment list

Unless you are using the Special version of the R63(S)(For extra C Bills) it would be better to put that build on the R60.. otherwise you are wasting the R63's great Ballistic Quirks on crappy Machine Guns.. (the R60 has Machine Gun Range and Rate of Fire)

The R63 has Ballistic Cooldown which is awesome for Ac/2s and AC/5s...

My Build is same Engine of course with Ac/5 + 3 Medium lasers and 2.5 tons of ammo

Although I must admit... 2 Large Lasers would prolly fit my playstyle better though...

I went with the AC-2 and medium lasers myself. I just can't pass up those great autocannon quirks on the UM-63.

I agree with you 100% on the R-60 being the superior machine for this build, but this build worked well for the R-63 as well. The two large lasers really are you damage dealers, the machine guns just sound cool.
