So in our unit all of our EU members are disconnecting every 1 minute or so instantly from game, however no other internet servers are effected (TS, Netflix etc)

It's instant kicks from the game, no lagging no running on the spot just BAM, disconnected.

Even hear VOIP from the game i was just in when im in the login screen.

Probably the internet broke some where.

Probably getting those guys to post their traceroutes here would help PGI, help you figure things out.

You might want to try using winmtr.. A bit easier to determine whether there are packet drops along the path.

but everything else is working fine and its instant disconnects, no lag, packet loss would give lag spikes and teleporting mechs etc not just instant d/c from the game - we've all run patcher to no avail

This is mine just for your reference.
You guys should let it run up to 100 packets... *For my mtr, 0% loss from SEA to 192.99.109.129.

If you guys consistently see that 4-8% packet drop at the last hop, PGI would need to get OVH (their DC/Network provider) to check on the problem.
Googling vac1-2-n7.fr.eu.tilera comes with some old interesting internet posts.

Just an FYI, in UK, connections to PGI servers still an issue from my end, rest of everything else on the interwebs seems to be fine, OMW only issue....and the Repair tool crashes when it comes time to d/l anything from PGI servers as well....

Same issue, kicked to login screen 5 times in a row over 2 matches, started at around 2am Paris time, left the game for now. Someone get that **** sorted out !

I'll just confirm that disconnect from UK. Sure it's not my internet and seems the same as everyone else.

Although i get a mixture of network error and unknown error.

well there are worse things to happen. hope it is fixed soon

Also here in Netherlands, same problems, in one game then the next without warning out of the game.. msg reads network problem one time the next server connection. hope they will fix this as it's unplayable if you get disconnected each and everytime.
