Joystick+Throttle Work Around?

Heya,
I have a Saitek X52 joystick+throttle. I'd like to use them with the game but the "How-To" guides are all from beta.

Does anyone know of a current forum post that assists with this?

There haven't been any real updates, post in the hardware forum specifically and you may get better results.
