Seems like a reasonable enough loadout.
Just be aware that you only have two tons of gauss ammo which will disappear rather quickly in a prolonged engagement. It will probably work out in normal matches but I wouldn't take this build into CW.

seems like that would work, looks like it would be short ranged aside from the gauss though so you would have to be good with the charge up. If you can use it then the build looks good.

I think your build is on a good track but is lacking in the rate of fire department, I've run a similar build with 5 smalls to good effect but was overall mediocre,
My suggestion is to ditch the streaks for regular srm, or ditch the Gauss for twin uac/5, either way they increase your damage over 20-30 seconds.
Also imo Gauss is the best clan ballistic, after the learning curve.
In my experience you either want the maximum amount of damage in the minimum possible time (think alpha strikes) or a strong sustained damage (think jagermech dakka).

Considering that outside streak range and target lock your losing half of your firepower, here are some builds that i run that are pretty balanced and hit hard in a variety of situations:
TBR-PRIME
This one's popular, its amazing as both a brawler or a 2nd line / fire support mech. the burn times and recharge rates of the large pulses and medium lasers sync up nicely. it can be a bit hot if your not used to managing heat well, but you can get 2 full alphas in before you have to worry. target comp mk1 for damage and crit bonuses.
TBR-C
Longer range and less prone to heat spikes. having a guass rifle lets you take a quick shot and twist away without giving too much facetime to incoming damage. target comp mk1 for extra damage and crit bonuses.
TBR-S
For when you really want to get close and ruin someones day. can kill most lights in 2-3 shots, big heat spikes, situational. mad dog does more damage, timber has more armor. a group of these is hilariously fun. active probe to ensure locks. can also swap for small lasers instead if need be.
