TWC has seen a lot of latency issues today. Could this be due to the routing of international traffic? The outage map looks like almost every major city on the east coast is affected.

Have been playing since the game first came out and no problems with ping (other than the usual 250 for being an aussie). Last month or so game has been unplayable with random ping spikes up to 2000ms during games. This is extremely frustrating.
