High Ping "360Ms" (Server Changed?)

Do they changed servers? Two matches that I got 360ms+ ping from Italy.... Usually I stay sadly around 200ms ...
What is happening?!
Please turn off ECM to near my home!

This afternoon was quite normal both from UK and Italy. I don't think it's related to this, still..

hey red! Now it's back at 200ms! So funny!
I think it's my router that is going crazy! Trying ping with www.google.it was 60ms, but it's possible that the router isn't working well...
