I hope all you Clanners fall out of your cockpits and die. <3
(This will probably either get bumped to the off topic section or deleted in all of ten minutes, but it was worth a chuckle)
BUT this does bring up a general point: If you happen to fall down in a fight, do we have to deal with piloting hits/seatbelt checks as in the actual Tabletop? Because the risk of your pilot blacking out is always an option.

No: they made a MechWarrior game, not BattleTech. The dangers of falling over will be handled in damage to your mech and the time it takes to get back up and in control. You can already see those mechanics in game since everyone is falling over everything. A pilot blacking out is very turn based BattleTech, but not gritty MechWarrior combat.
I don't know of any MechWarrior game where you could black out. You were either fine or dead.
