If I pre-order via a la carte, will I still receive the monthly rewards and the faction content?

No. A-la-carte does not get early-bird rewards or faction content. Those are for buying a pack.

EDIT: which is explicitly stated in the FAQ. Given you had a question, and it shows up frequently in the forums, a FAQ would be the logical place to look. Might also be nice if the answer to the question were just in the announcement page, but oh well.

Also note its total Bull $hit because you used to at least get the monthly rewards.
When i say used to (ALL OTHER PACKAGES BESIDES THIS ONE)
