Those defensive quirks are nice, I'm pondering but not enough difference to existing variants IMO compared to say the 2N Griffin even when you ignore the ECM.

Yeah, but they took off the 5% speed quirk for some reason. That adds to tanking ability as well..

Why in the world so much armor???? Why does PGI give a 90 tonner more armor than an Atlas? Where is the Atlas love??? C'mon PGI. What advantage does the Atlas give on the battlefield now?

An Atlas has 8 more CT points than the Highlander....now with the quirks, the new Highlander has an extra 13 points of CT armor than a mech 10 tons heavier...
