My Timberwolf prime is locked i cant change its load out becuase when i push the save changes button a message pops up saying "unable to save due to critical loadout error" i somehow put to much leg armor on and its currently overweight and i cant save the changes to the armor i make in the mechlab so i cant fix it, I have logged in and out multiple times and nothing has changes, im not sure what to do now.

I had the same error once. I don't know how, but it disappeared somehow.
Play around a little, maybe it helps. Things like stripping equipment etc.

This is usually caused by some equipment being mounted but not showing in the mech lab. You have to strip the equipment and in your case maybe the armor as well using the strip mech option and then save it. After it's saved empty you should be able to reequip with your desired configuration.

I used the strip button in the mechlab and it worked thanks for the idea, everything is working now.

Glad to hear you figured it out. Occasionally the Mechlab does some weird stuff.

I had a similar error because somehow I had a single heat sink still on the mech when I upgraded to double heat sinks. It was weird to see both a single and dual external heat sink in the same side torso. Removed the single heat sink and problem solved.

My favorite was in closed beta. The engine change didn't save on my Cat K2. Instead of putting the old engine back, it dropped me on Forrest Colony with no engine. The K2 did approx. 16 kph with no engine and was really sluggish. Still managed to survive the match somehow.

Anyway, the mechlab loves to do weird stuff from time to time.
