We have range quircks, cooldwn, ROF, heatquircks and Speed quircks.
What about damage quircks for the IS? Something like 50% more damage with AC20?

50% more AC20 DMG?! Holy crap! That'd be insanity. 30 pinpoint dmg from one weapon.
