I've been waiting for a medium or heavy ECM mech with a 30% CB bonus for awhile now. I don't care if you call it a Hero or package mech, just give me my 30% CB's.

I thought for sure you would put one out after the Hellbringer. I couldn't believe you didn't do it for the Grasshopper, unless of course you are waiting to add that in as a hero later.

Why didn't you make the Griffin 2N a Hero, you just lost a boatload of $$$.

Or how about this, let me pay $$$ to make whatever mech I want into a Hero or Chanpion or both for that matter.

How many mechwarriors would pay real $$$ to have there favorite mech turned into a Hero or Chanpion or Both?

People say that allowing people to chose their own hero variants would make people not buy heroes anymore, but the fix to that is to make the "hero token" just cost as much as a hero of that tonnage. So, if you wanted to hero-itize a Hunchback 4J, it would cost the exact same as just buying a Grid Iron. Same PGI profit in the end.

They get away with it in the that case because Lolcusts aren't exactly fearsome mechs to begin with...

What about Pirate's bane?
It's the only Locust with ECM and it's a Hero

What are you talking about, the Clan Hellbringer is a 30% CB bonus ECM mech?
Is that Pay to win? or does that only apply to the IS side?

If you read my original post, I was asking for a Medium or Heavy.

IF you bought the Clan Wave II package with the Hellbringer, you get the Prime (I) variant which gives a boost, but it's not a Hero, there are no Clan Hero Mechs and PGI isn't even sure they'll make any Hero OmniMechs as it's rather self defeating due to OmniPod swapping.

We'll probably see a Heavy IS Mech that is ECM capable in the next IS package, going by what Russ has been asking people on twitter and comments from Town Halls, so that will be the IS counter to the Hellbringer Prime (I).

Yes I own the full wave II, and I know how the omni pods work, thanks. that's why I said "Hero or Packaged Mech", I don't care what they call it, it's just a mech with a 30% CB bonus.

At this point we're so saturated with ECM, PGI will eventually need to rework the mechanic so LRMs and spotting don't become even more useless. Another ECM mech, hero or not, won't make a difference.

Uhh, i'm pretty sure you can buy C-bills for MC. Check the in-game store.

At least, i think you can. My game is still patching, can't check it out myself.

You are probably right, with the ECM Shadow Cat coming out I have no doubt LRM boats will have a spotting problem, not that I will miss LRM spam.

I hear ya, and if PGI would let us turn our favorite mechs into 30% CB Bonus mechs with P-Time running it wouldn't be 6 days of grinding.

Not to mention the cost of modules.

Thats why I have almost a mil XP on my Firebrand.

Actually you can already directly buy C-Bills for MC, but the prices aren't very good. You can actually get more C-Bills per MC by buying and selling a champion Cicada than with the C-Bill bundles.

easy 6million a evening in cw without premium time. you should be doing just as well considering how often we fight steiner units.
