Suggestion For Quirks

So after the recent reinforcement mechs released I see a bad path that PGI is going with quirks.

There is a feeling that the developers of the mechs have there special Babies of Mech Chassis which they are quirking into heaven.

There should be some rules for quirking!

NO additional Armor !!!! because it changes the tonnage of the Chassis !!!!
NO additional Structure !!!! because it changes the tonnage of the Chassis !!!!
NO negative Quirks !!! (well I didn't see any IS mechs suffer from that yet) Its absolutely unfair !!!

Do Quirks for acceleration and torso twist, this can be explaind with "High Performance Gyros" or sort of.

Mech quirks not over 10-15%


All Mechs have in some point there role on the Battlefield and due to the hilarious quirking you change these roles completely.

No the mechs should be quirked or not so heavely quirked, let the users quirk their Pilots.

Give the Pilots special abbilities like Weapon specialist for weapon XY cooldown 20%, Heat efficiency for Weapon XY.

Give the Pilot a few slots for Wepons speciality and a few for piloting efficiency.

The Mechquirking is already out of line.
Its like the Nerf Hammer earlier.

PGI you don't do little steps, you just put the pedal to the metal and push ahead.

DO SMALL STEPS in buffing, overpowering and nerfing!!
