Yes you will be able to sell parts back,but you will lose money and it will probably be as bad as a 50%!

I bet you do get the same questions a lot. But most people seem to be mad that I'm saying it's a pay-to-win game and that I'm assuming that you can buy some kind of "super-mega-shot-doubledamage-high-tech-laserbeam" when I never mentioned anything like that. Didn't even know other games had stuff like that.

And I do search stuff on my own, but only in the FAQ's and stickied threads. I would have no idea what to put in the search bar for anything of this stuff.

try not to take it personally Pr3mium, I just think there are alot of people on these forms that are about to have their head explode if they can't shoot a mech soon. And one natural deterant to that is to lash out at people who ask questions that have been asked before. Just try to let it slide and hopefully people can calm down a bit...trustme, we'll be able to shoot each other soon enough. Plus that whole pay-to-win thigk is very touchy right now...I know you didn't say that and I understood what you were trying to say but saying pay-to-play can easily be misconstrued as pay-to-win...which I know you didn't say:)

Yeah it can be a bit off putting but a good place to catch up on things is the announcements fourms you will want to read up on the new battle mechs ask the dev posts founders progam that kinda stuff then you will want to head over to the dev's corner were you can read all the Q&As the dev blogs and what have you and that should get you up to speed on whats happing.

Like I said, I play LoL a lot. You physically cannot pay-to-win in a game like that. For the most part, paying gets you skins, or a particular champion you wanted.

The whole "pay-to-play method" title was thought of in 2 seconds and it was because I was wondering what does it change. I wanted to know the differences it made. Maybe my thread should've been titled, "In-game Store Options". I think these people just didn't read anything but my title and said, "***, THIS ISNT PAY-TO-PLAY, NO ADVANTAGES HERE, F OFF AND GO AWAY".

Well:

1. They do have dates already announced for beta (August 7th if purchasing anything), and "Summer 2012", and the whole closed beta thing. You'll have to keep waiting.

2. Well, some info is easily found, and other info is not. I only wanted to know about the in-game store. I didn't even say, "How this game play? I want know now, pl0x tell me pl0x. Any uber cheat weapons, I want use!!!!"

1.time line was closed beta with founders untill sep time frame then its gonna be open beta were just about any one can join and get to stress test the servers. Not sure when the actual show date is for this game.

2. You already have your uber cheat weapon. your useing it right now. "The forums" most players never even read them once the game comes out they drop the "i'll learn as i play card" then only come on to the forums to ***** about something. If you stick with it and read about whats trending in our little battle tech world your will have the advatage of knowing what the hotest builds are, what the major bugs or gripes may be and how to combat them.


PS edit : You also get to yell at peope who keep asking the same things over and over

Well, I do become an active forum goer on forums I like, and in games I like. At this point it'd be to find info, and catch up on new mechs. When the game comes out, I'd probably post more often.
