some ppl do have really bad luck within cw- maybe you could add something like a war correspondent specator mode for them- every dead player could walk around and write with other war correspondents- but no longer with their teammates- i am aware of teamspeak and co : but you can´t avoid teamspeak users to spy random groups too.
So just take some of the feeling nothing left to do for shot down players- Maybe with some achievements like: take 40 shoots of different clan mechs etc..
