Founders Program Available In UK ?

I read somewhere the Founders Package is only available for those in North America, is that true ? because i really want it but i live in the UK ?

If you read the FAQ you would find that yes, it is available to buy outside of the US and there won't be any ip blocking on outside users connecting to the US servers. Non-US players will also have the one-off option to migrate their account to their relevant region (e.g EU) when the servers for that region go live.

Will the same be true for North-US side players migrating to EU server? I ask because I have one or two friends over that way who may want to join the rest of us on EU.
