I think this game is going to be extra cool. I use to watch the cartoon for this game a while back. I wonder if anyone remembers it was called battle tech. From there I started playing the mech warrior games. Does anyone remember that cartoon though.

Yes... i actually rewatched the whole thing a few days back on youtube as the series seems not to be available on DVD (or any other way for that mater). It's a realy, realy bad show, but i still enjoy it.... probably cause it shows just how bad actual battletech fluff/storytelling is, as the cartoon is not worse than the books or stories mentioned in the rulebooks.

Well, i play Battletech for the big space-robots punching each other in the face while firing lasers and guns everywhere, not for the story... or at least not for the 'details of the story', as the overall setting is quiet nice as long as you don't go into detail.

Though this picture on the back of the box is what caused me to become addicted to BT one dark day in the back of the hobby shop shelves.

Mech 4 brings up IDP.Trojan.C13E108C on my anti-virus, cant find anything by googling it so not sure if its a real threat.
