Just bought one.... Frist thing I did was to try to put my unit's colors on. Well, that turned out to be a big fail. I swear 80% of this mech's surface is gun-metal gray. Some minor pin-striping does not make for a good looking mech. Please PGI, get ride of some, no make that most of that ugly gray. Thanks....

This is an old Problem, PGI only slowly realizes that they disgust over 90% of their paying customers by shuting down camo option on all their purchaseable mechs. So players that pay for the game get clown camo and are denied to change them, a basic feature every other gets for free.
So the special paint job is no advantage - it is a penalty for paying customers!
To make PGI aware of this please post in this topic and vote, so one day when PGI gets the resources they can finally think about their paying customers and give us camo support on our purchased mechs:
