... please make it so that the game searches in the background while we are able to work in the mechlab.

... and even during lobby waiting.. seriously.. this needs to be implemented.

I'm surprised that after 6 years this hasn't been implemented.

You can't tinker with your mechs nor can you talk to your group to strategise. Does searching really need your PC and interface to be dedicated to it?
