Right away I am having great results!
So I'm honestly considering grabbing a second one right now on sale, so I can run 2 in CW!
It would be like
- Misery
- Misery
- Yen Lo Wang / Gray Death / ?
- Pirates Bane / ?
The Yen Lo would make a 240 ton drop, the GD would make 245, neither one actually maxed tonnage. Is that OK?
Anyone do this? Or think its an awful idea?
I've only done 4 or 5 CW drops, after many hours played.

Besides, firing an AC 20 makes me happy.

Id go Misery, Misery, Yenlo, Pirates Bane.
The Misery's are great with AC20/Gauss & large lasers x3 (long and close range power)
Yenlo is a good, hard hitting mech but protect that arm.
The Pirates Bane becuase it has ECM which is helpful.
At 240 tons you can then play versus IS or Clanners.
I often dont run a full 250 v Clans also because i prefer to pilot mechs i like rather than pure meta & dont consider im disadvantaging the team

Two Miserys sounds like an awesome thing to have, if you are planning to play a lot of CW. Otherwise you could get one of the other Stalkers, they aren't bad either (even if you don't boat large lasers).

Don't even need the 4N. I swap the stalker in my lineup between a 6LL 3F and a 4ERML+3SRM6 5M, the ERLL one being for boreal usage. I bought all my stalkers a long time ago, and didn't get a 4N at the time.
Rest is a Dragon 1N (AC5 wolverine for vs IS), thunderbolt (LL or MPL variant), and a MPL Firestarter/ERLL Raven 3L.

Nothing wrong with either of those dropdecks, especially against clanners

DRG-1N

To great effect this week, its only 245 tons but I can't come up with anything better to do with 5 more tons. I could swap the Thud for a Grasshopper, but the Grasshopper is to damn tall, and doesn't have the tankability my thud takes for granted.

or
STK-4N, 3x WVR-6K
Swap out one of the TDRs for a 6K for 240t.
