It would be a great idea to put penalties at players that press cancel near to launch a match in CW.
So tired of wait 30 minutes and go back in the heap because someone press cancel just when we will start a match.

People d/c for all sorts of reasons a penalty isn't going to do any good there except a likelihood that they don't return to the queue at all.
The real issue is a terrible programming set up for the queue that gives 12-mans a huge advantage to hop the line of people waiting forever.
