AMD'S drivers don't play nicely in Windows 10...but that's more because of a windows issue.
It rolls the drivers back to a set of stock WDDM 2.0 to the point the 200 series are classed as an Engineering Sample.

 I've been running a 7970 in Windows 10 across every build from 9841 to 10030, scarcely with a hint of trouble especially compared to Nvidia's. In fact, the web cam driver has had more BSODs than AMD's drivers.

It's a well known and documented issue. Question is weather you noticed it. As there are no prompts or install windows. It just does it.

I only noticed because afterburner crashed. And on relaunch the 290 shows up as an Engineering Sample.
