What I'd like to see is speed having a greater impact on manouverability no matter the weight class. Going 160 kph? Be my gues but your turning radius should be like a supertanker. Going 40 kph in the same mech? Turn much much tighter. I know it's already in the game but the effect of inertia needs to be boosted more.

The Spider doesn't rival teh Panther it supersedes it! Heck most light Mechs have greater agility than a Panther. Are we quoting fluff as if its rules?

lol, don't get on at me dude, I was quoting the OP's opinion of the Panther. My point was that the feel of this game should be based on how mechs are described as feeling in the fluff, and mech stats should be written with that aim in mind, rather than directly porting TT stats to a completely different game and expecting them to do the same job.

I swapped out the ERPPC for the ER Large. I went Old School Panther. ;)

I keep the ERPPC because I seem to do well with it (plus it has a nice cool down, especially with the cool down module).

Now my Urbies tend to use ERLLasers for fire support. Yea, blasphemy I know, but it is the only way I can use them lol. I'm sure saying that would make Bishop weep.

I kind of agree with you, but I'll say this. The Panther is pretty spot on in Fluff vs MWO execution. I know there are some mechs that are way off, but the Panther seems pretty true to source (at least the synopsis on sarna).

I've been playing quite a bit and I don't find the game nearly as bad as the OP describes.
I will say CW arti strike online does get a bit hilarious but we only carry 1 per match so just have to expect it.

One person calls LURMs lame, the next calls the OP. That means they must be just fine. :)
