I think its about time for the Clans to have a CW Map. Add the Clan home worlds and make Strana Mechty the Capital for all of them. This will allow the other Clans to have more of an impact in MWO, and give MWO more Clan Mechs chose from.

Potentially interesting, make the homeworld clans fight to take part in the invasion corridor by conquering worlds on their own. Would dwindle clan populations even more though.

If I recall... wasn't there a ban on internecine fighting from Leo Showers when they launched the invasion?

Or... wait... I honestly don't know, can clans fight each other in the current game?

I suppose it wouldn't be too strange, the AFFS can fight the LCAF, despite them being the same realm at this time...

Either way... the game is built around the Inner Spheres understanding of the map... Everything beyond the periphery is unknown... If we did include the homeworlds and such, it would be nice to see everything outside of the current map invisible to the IS. And everything NOT currently Clan occupied, or ripe for invasion, blank on their screen (or, at least very sketchy, as the most current information they had prior to the invasion was basically Star League era, combined with what they interrogated out of prisoners)

Making a map that can only be utilized by less than a 5th of the community though, isn't the best move at this point in time I imagine.

EDIT: Wait, are you talking about JUST a star map? My last statement was based on the idea you were talking about a planetary map... but, if you're talking about a star map, then I 100% agree, this would be a good thing

Implementing ALL the other clans might prove troublesome... but just adding the secondary invasion clans would not be a bad idea at all.
