I might have posted this in the wrong place but I couldn't find the appropriate topic for it. Sorry for that.
Since Tukkayyid I can't play CW matches because I don't get through the loading screen. Once it finished loading I get dropped back to the mechlab, and it says something like mechlab@ ui whatever, and then it says disconnected from the server. I first experienced this problem the day Tukkayyid launched so I thought there might have been a problem with the patch. I ran repair but I still can't play CW. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? (Without re-installing the whole game)
Thanks a lot for the help.

I would strongly suggest running the repair tool. If the problem then persists, contact the PGI technical support crew. When I had an issue with memory utilization errors crashing me to the desktop whenever a brawl began - and you can imagine how frustrating that is when you log back in and the brawl is over, your mech is dead, and your team is losing - I contacted their technical support team after the repair tool failed to fix the problem. They got right back to me with surprising speed, suggesting a fix for the problem that worked perfectly.
I know that the support team is still slow to respond due to backlog from Tukayyid, and thus I suggest trying the repair tool first, and only then contacting support of the problem persists.

Thanks for the replies.
I have already tried running repair shortly after I first experienced the problem, but it didn't help. Then I guess it is going to be tech support.
