Student, Ecology (perhaps zoology for a more advanced degree later), hoping to either do field research or get a job working with animals

For money, I work in a photolab making other peoples' terrible photography passable for printing. Sometimes, it's no easy feat...

Full-time university student studying Software Development (Java, C++) and specializing in embedded systems.

I'm working during the summer for a grad student, developing some relatively simple CAD software to support her thesis.

I also have a small tech support business that I've run with one of my friends since we left high school, building/fixing computers and doing software suite installs.

I spent the last while looking through every single post of every single page to find more of my kind and am surprised to see so few.

I am a full time student studying Chemistry and hopefully going into Pharmacy one day. =D!

I work in fast food during the summer for cash, and during the school year I'm an assistant for a program coordinator of a Poli-Sci graduate program(i make copies. =/).

edit: oh and i didn't include the farmer guy who was going back to school for viticulture cause he seemed too far down the road. =P.

p.s. what are people's age range here? I was expecting early 20's i guess, but you guys seem well down your career paths, so I would assume otherwise.

I would expect the age range to be majority in the 30s though, afterall MW and BT games are quite some time back.

I am late half of 30s. HAH!

Student, pursueing general education, american college expenses are absurd.

Figure at the very least I'll get away with enough college to justify entry into something else. Preferably something that doesn't have me spending most my time in an office somewhere.

I work at a cheese plant, specifically I package the 8 ounce cream cheese bars. It's not glamorous but it pays pretty well, especially during our 6 month busy season when we ramp up production for the holidays.
