I cook at Blackwolf Run Restaurant in Kholer, WI; I also cook at a Margaux Bistro & Wine Bar in downtown Sheboygan, WI.

I know its a shocker considering my pilot name.

Work in the chicago area as a Heat & Frost Insulator (pipe coverer), Used to be an Asbestos Remover so i have about 37 more years till white lung or the Mes get me. Most of our contracts are in Refineries, Power Houses, and chemical plants. props too all you Process Engineers who keep those miles and miles of pipe running I have no idea how most of that stuff works i just help Keep it Hot (or cold).

I'm presently a flight dispatcher/problem-solver for an air cargo company. When an aircraft breaks, a pilot calls in drunk, a ground courier gets lost, or a pilot lands somewhere other than an airport, and it happens between 2200 and 0600 local, I'm the one who has the dubious honor of making chicken salad out of chickensh...well, you know.

When none of the above is occurring, I surf the MWO forums, and generally entertain myself on the internet, and/or read whatever is on my Kindle...at present, Battletech novels and Honor Harrington novels, mostly.

Also, presently seeking employment in the Vancouver area as an air traffic controller, although I'm stuck here in Orlando for the next year or so.
