I changed from the CGB warhorn to the Lunchtruck one and both are showing in my cockpit. When I got a kill I got the CGB sound.

Edit: Issue persists after logging out and back in, spectators can see dual warhorns as well. I have not unequipped and requipped, since it actually looks kinda cool.

It does look kind of cool. :P Still not supposed to happen, but also not the end of the world, either. :)
