So, the recent CW Events have made something clear:

If you want more players there must be something to win. Otherwise most of the players have no interest in CW.
How about a permanent match score Achievement List like at the events?
And win C-Bill and MC.

Winnings must be based on match score.
This makes people to fight properly and not to rush.
