Banshee
good weapons
good armor
many fingers... perhaps too many. I think she has 6 fingers each hand.

The only weakness it has is hills...darn torso pitch.

To "Wub" and to hold dear... your mech corpse.

Where is Fupdup to show the obligatory Wubstep?

I am kind of wondering if the Mauler will be to the Banshee, what the Banshee was to the Atlas. A little less weight, but better hard points. Aside from boating small energy weapons, which two of the Banshee models can have 8 to the Mauler's max of 6, all of the other hardpoints allow for more flexibility in builds and better use of an XL engine if the need arises.

I guess, except for the missiles, most of the hard points on the Mauler will be a little low for some people's taste, but other then that, it can make up for the lost 5 tons and arm better ballistics and missiles by using an XL. Then again, the Banshees are faster, so, I guess we'll have to wait to see.

I like both mechs, but, with the release of the King Crab, the Banshee 3E is still effective, but not the go-to ballistic assault any more. I am wondering if the Mauler, as a ballistic mech, has suffered this same fate before its release. Its 10 tons lighter then the King Crab and has all of its ballistic slots in the torsos, which could be used for something crazy like a 6 ac5/4 lb10xac build, but it will be very slow with very little ammo. That leads to another question-with quirks probably aimed at ac2s on some, if not all of the builds, will a 4-6 ac2 build on it be more viable then one on a King Crab 000B or 000?

That's what you get, for being able to tank like such a boss!

And the high priest of Wub said:

"Let there be a mech that can Wub above all others.

Verily, it shalt Wub the shite out of any Wub pretenders, or Wubenders, if you may.

It shalt soak damage like the legs of the ye olde ******* Lag Raven of yore, if the pilot be-eth of competent disposition.

IT'S WUBS SHALT SHAKE THE VERY FILLINGS FROM THE TEETH OF THE NON BELIEVERS.

It shall look badass and imposing, and I shall dub it... the Wubshee."

And one of his disciples said unto him:

"Er, high priest of Wub, shalt the Wubshee be able to look upon foes at disparate elevations?"

*Priest spits wub wine*

"EGADS BOY, people whine for nerfs enough as it is! Shut your whiny face."
