They're coming... sort of...
River City is going to be overhauled and expanded next. At the rate they've been cranking out maps, it's not unreasonable to assume we'll see it in June.
After that, they are considering retouching Forest Colony, or Frozen City. Then from there they'll see where they feel attention is needed.
This was discussed in the last Town Hall meeting.

Overhaul and retouching unfortunately are not synonymous with new. I caught that in the last town hall as well. Hopefully they will crank out some new maps not just for cw.
