Although I have no idea how we got 26 players into CW: I never saw more than 15 online at one time. Mostly we were playing in groups of 1-12 and any overflow made a new group or grouped up with the Dudes/FRR Hub players. Most of the solo/small group wins were up to players actively taking controll and getting everyone pointed in the same general direction.
Players complaining that PUGs playing like headless chickens... Yes they are and if you are compaining without actually taking command, then you yourself are one of these headless chickens.
Disclaimer: Even with taking controll some players are just resistant to advice.. these guys cant be helped and deserve to loose as they have 0 interrest in playing with others as a team... mostly those are the specialists who run off alone, die and repeat who always unsurprisingly enough end up first dead with 4 mechs lost while others are still on their second mechs.
