Why some of the clan mechs with just standard armor were getting beat up hard....




The ones with FF armor tend to last longer...

Standard Armor provides the same protection for both Clan and IS mechs.

FF simply provides more points per ton (more for Clan).

max armor is the same whether you have standard or FF

FF just weighs less

Nope, it will turn into a Clans OP nerf their armor thread, Or something about Clams OP!

Give Summoner 4N-Grade buffs to ERPPCs and Gauss, because even if only for a bit a return to the poptart meta with Summoners would e comedy gold. Ugliest, ungainliest, like a cheap 80s childs toy beaten with the ugly stick sort of mech flying around and the brutal reality that it doesn't even have the tonnage available to do 2ERPPCs + 1 Gauss, even with reduced Clan tonnage.

No they don't. No one runs around with stock armor values and the max armor values are the same no matter what type of armor is on the mech. FF weighs slightly less but takes up 7 crit slots. There are some mechs that would be better off with Standard Armor but are stuck with FF.


Before you start to complain about something it is probably best to be certain you actually understand how it works.
