Next Is Assault And Clan Assault

And this one too:
Wonder why I ask why?
Well, think about it, the IS doesn't have many good assault mechs, sure there's quirks, but there's no sheer firepower that can match a direwolf very much, save for the King Crab and maybe the Mauler when it arrives.
That's where the Annihilator comes in. 4 Lbx 10s, 4 medium pulse. But with a speed of 32.4 KPH, don't expect this mech to keep up unless you give it endo, and switch the Pulses to Regular medium lasers, giving about 5-9 tons more. From there you could definitely go about 48 KPH, but that's with a STD engine. 4 Gauss is now coming to the IS, Clans prepare to complain.
But this is where they stop short. The Kodiak. 64.4 KPH, a Ultra 20, a ER Large, 12 Streak, and 8 medium lasers. That's right, 8. The speed alone, will make this mech a nightmare to those light pilots who think they can kill a Assault by themselves anymore. This mech alone may have 30+ tonnage to work with, and the Prime Doesn't have Jump Jets, but it's second variant does.
Cons with these mechs: The Kodiak Doesn't have enough variants (only 2 as of now) to be considered a viable mech to sell, but that's about it. The Annihilator Doesn't have very much, as I could see a sort of stalker hit-box for it's torsos, but one problem may be it's height. It's really tall, probably even taller than the Atlas, and it's low arms will not be good for peaking.
What and where these mechs can be seen doing: In CW, I could see the Kodiak being using as a Fast Assault mech to rush the enemy during fights, or to move quickly across a battlefield when defending the base from light zerg rushers. The Annihilator can be a full Defense mech, carrying AC/80 and Ruining enemies who dare attack it. In Public que, I can see the Kodiak being used to keep up with everyone instead of the old Dire Whale gets left behind and dies, then we lose. For the Annihilator in Public que I could see it running an XL with 4 gauss or 2 gauss 2 ppc and keeping up with the group.
So offer your opinion of this topic, weather those two mechs should come to MWO soon or to wait awhile.

Fools, they should just make it act like one. Swappable pods etc.

I can't take a mech that looks like Wallace, looking for his next cheese hit, or one that needs to hug you, seriously

Cyclops has a few variants.diversity that the Annihilator doesn't. Plus the Annihilator was a DRAGOON ONLY ride.

I think it has 2E CT hardpoints, and up to 10 E hardpoints total.
90 tons, 24 tons of pod space, Endo+Ferro, 17 hardwired DHS(both legs and RT externally mounted), doesn't jump.
Warhawk speed of 71.

For the Clans the only on I'm still wanting at the moment that I can think of is the Kodiak.
